Attorney Lipsey is native of St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from Lutheran North High School. Attorney Lipsey would go on to earn his Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, from Lindenwood University.

He, his wife, and three children relocated to Tampa, Florida, to pursue his legal education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School. While attending law school, Attorney Lipsey cultivated his passion for advocacy and conflict resolution skills–in which, he ultimately contributed his leadership and service as Governor for The Florida Bar YLD Law School Division and Mock Trial.

Attorney Lipsey participated and completed internships in Bankruptcy Law and Compliance and Regulatory Law. Simultaneously, he exploited an employment opportunity at a Drug Rehab, to carryout his passion in Criminal Law and Family Law, where he would work as a Court Liaison and Substance Abuse Counselor to many indigent, court-ordered clients, where he would advocate in court for “alternatives to incarceration” throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, and Pasco County in Florida. As a result, many clients in treatment changed the trajectory of their lives and the judge withheld their adjudication.

Subsequently, Attorney Lipsey graduated law school with distinction and earned his Juris Doctorate, with a concentration in litigation.Throughout his personal and professional experience, Attorney Lipsey have been recognized for his contributions in substantive law that have assisted clients in positive results. As an Associate Attorney, he worked for a private law firm, where he practiced personal injury, criminal defense, bankruptcy, and family law.

Now, Attorney Lipsey channeled his legal experience to start his own legacy at The Lipsey Law Firm, LLC, where he has generated dismissals for defendant clients (traffic, misdemeanor, felony); he has taken personal injury cases from pre-trial to post-trial which have generated settlements for injured clients; and he has competently represented clients with family matters (divorce, alimony, child support, etc.).
